What on earth does “thiolized” mean, you ask? Thiols are a compound in hops that create those delicious tropical, juicy, fruity flavours that we all know and love.

Many thiols though are unfortunately never released during a standard brewing process. By “thiolizing” this beer, we essentially release these extra thiols into the beer and into your mouth! So, if you want a double hazy IPA with the juice turned all the way up to 11 – then this is the brew for you.
